Hotel Mystays Ueno-Iriyaguchi

Clean and convenience.

Overall is good. Just wonder a bit of why we have to manage the trash by ourselves.

Location. Great Staff.

Dirty walls. Dirty filter on Air Purifier. Small elevator.

great loaction, near JR Station and lots of great resto with the great foodlaundry 24hr very helpfulluggage delivery very convinient, we just have to come to receptionand also available for few days storage.

smell of cigarettes at the aisle between lobby and lift, because the smoking area right beside it.

Great location near the subway. Also has grocery and conv stores around

Good location and easy to travel

The room is small and items and equipment in the room look old

Clean and nice staff

Tiny room!

Great location - not far from Ueno main station and much closer to a smaller metro station which was handy. Lovely shrine just around the corner and onsen also just around the corner.

Room was old and small. Smelled sewers from the sink.

Close to Ueno but in a quiet neighborhood about four blocks from station. Great breakfast at the companion hotel behind it.

It was located in a very quiet neighborhood so it was really quiet and calm. Very close to Ueno Station. The room was small but it fit our luggage well. You have to separate your own trash.

I chose this hotel for the room being a little larger than the conventional Tokyo hotel room, and it was worth it, lots of storage space and surfaces, it was useful to be doing large packing after a month in japan. Location was very good, lots of stores, restaurants and markets around. 5 Min cab from Ueno station and 5 min walk to the ginza line metro station Iriyaguchi. The bathroom is newly renovated, the bedroom is somehow outdated, which is what adds the extra room compared to other more modern hotels. Excellent for a stay longer than 2 days.

There weren't enough coat hangers in the bedroom. It is also a smokers hotel and they use incense to cover it. It was very strong when we arrived but it passed.

Decent size room. Extremely kind staff. Nice amenities. Quiet area with quick access to Ueno station.

The ventilation noise was a bit too loud and couldn't be turned off. Be advised if you need complete silence to sleep.

Room size is decent for the price paid. Room is clean and comfortable bed. Near to Inaricho station (Ginza Line) and about 10 mins walk to Ueno.

10 minute walk from Ueno Station and Park. Room was clean and beds were comfortable with good sheets. There were 3 of us and we all liked each having our own twin bed. Breakfast at a location around the corner was nice too.

Location was great- a quiet street but close to Ueno Station and even closer to Inaricho Metro. Also close to Ueno Park, museums and the zoo. We had 2 rooms for our family and both were clean with very good air-con & a microwave.

The building is old and a bit run down. The rooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos and the beds were very hard.

Excellent location. Quiet

The photos made it hard to see how big the beds in the room were.

Reasonable price with big space in the room. The location not too far from subway and Ueno station.

Balcony, Kitchenette, 3way charger, supply of required kitchenware ,towels, etc , helping nature of front desk staff

Step inside room, room is bit too small

The staffs are so friendly and helpful also fast response, especially for Takeda Umi and Ruchini very helpful during our stay at the hotel. It is nearby the Ueno Station and Inaricho station at the corner, convenience store are everywhere so easy to find something you need especially for food and drinks. Thank you for your excellent service!

Nothing!

Clean, friendly staff, room was small but larger than the other rooms around the area for the price. Had a kitchenette if I wanted to cook as well.

Slight sewage smell from the sink but otherwise great
